The liner will be dated on one of the 4 straps which also show the size and manufacturer. The helmet itself should be dated where the chin strap is attached to it.
Its a 44 pattern helmet of course they remained in production for several years, the liner appears to be of the original pattern but not sure of the chin strap. The first helmet I was issued with in Cyprus RAF was a tommy style, in I got my first 44 pattern, its liner was identical to yours, with the same chinstrap.
